You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Persistent Performance within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original, shrink wrap packaging, for refund. The customer has to pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. Merchandise charged to a credit card will be credited to your account. We reserve the right to limit or decline refunds. Bulk orders of 10 or more copies are non-returnable. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
